1. General
These terms govern the free electronic services of TuneOn at https://tuneon.online and in mobile apps with the same features (the “Service”).
Using the Service means you accept these terms. The Polish language version is binding; translations are for convenience only.
These terms are not legal advice. Polish law applies to matters not covered here, including the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and consumer-protection rules.
2. Provider
The provider is Radosław Skórzak-Kaźmierczak, a natural person. Contact: radekaz@gmail.com. Website: https://tuneon.online.
3. Nature of the service
TuneOn lets you search internet radio stations (including with natural-language queries) in the radio-browser.info directory and play streams offered by broadcasters. The Service is free, needs no account, and includes no payments or in-app purchases.
TuneOn is not a radio broadcaster and does not emit audio from its own servers. The player connects directly to the stream listed in the catalogue.
We do not guarantee availability, catalogue completeness, stream quality, or uninterrupted operation (no SLA). The Service is provided “as is”.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to:
• use the Service lawfully and fairly;
• not overload, probe, or bypass the /api/interpret rate limit;
• not scrape or bulk-download beyond ordinary browsing;
• not disrupt the Service, impersonate the provider, or introduce malware;
• be at least 16 years old, or use the Service with an adult’s supervision.
5. AI layer
Natural-language queries may be interpreted by Google Gemini (when the provider has configured an API key) or by an on-device dictionary parser. The result is only a hint for search parameters.
We do not guarantee that interpretation is accurate, current, or error-free. The provider is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an AI hint.
6. Third-party content and streams
Station names, tags, icons, and stream URLs come from radio-browser.info and from broadcasters. TuneOn does not vet them for copyright, legality, advertising, or adult content.
The broadcaster is responsible for the programme, licences, and on-air content. If you believe a stream is unlawful, contact the broadcaster or radio-browser.info; you may also email the provider and we will, where we can, consider hiding the station from our results (we do not host audio files).
Some streams cannot play in the browser (for example HTTP on an HTTPS page, or HLS). The mobile app may behave differently.
7. Intellectual property
The TuneOn name, interface, and Service code belong to the provider or its licensors. The catalogue and station metadata follow radio-browser.info’s rules. Music and speech in the streams belong to the relevant rightsholders.
You may not copy the Service to build a competing product in a way that infringes the provider’s rights, beyond what fair use / statutory exceptions allow.
8. Advertising
The website may show Google AdSense ads, only after advertising-cookie consent as described in the privacy policy. Ads and landing pages come from Google and advertisers; the provider is not responsible for their content.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for downtime, an outdated catalogue, broken streams, programme content, third-party ads, or the operation of Google, Vercel, or radio-browser.info.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded (including for intentional harm) or consumer rights under mandatory EU and Polish law.
10. Complaints and contact
Send complaints and questions about the Service to radekaz@gmail.com, with a description of the issue. We will reply without undue delay.
Consumer disputes may also be eligible for the European Commission’s ODR platform, where applicable.
11. Changes
The provider may change these terms for good reason (law, Service features, security). The new text applies from publication on this page. Continued use after publication means you accept the changes. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
12. Governing law and disputes
Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the EU country where a consumer lives.
Consumer disputes are heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under those protective rules. Disputes with businesses are heard by Polish courts at the provider’s place of residence, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
